Autonomics COMBO A302-1 Autonomous Sweeper/Scrubber
The Autonomics COMBO A302-1 is a fully electric, autonomous cleaning robot that combines sweeping, vacuum collection, and floor washing in one pass. Designed for large indoor and outdoor hard-surface areas, it collects loose debris while washing the floor, reducing the need for separate pre-sweeping and scrubbing operations.
Ideal applications include warehouses, manufacturing facilities, commercial properties, tiled public spaces, covered parking areas, and industrial campuses.
Sweep, vacuum, and wash in one pass
The COMBO combines side-brush sweeping and vacuum suction with an integrated floor-washing assembly. It collects dust, dirt, wood chips, paper, and ordinary plastic packaging while washing the surface during the same cleaning pass.
A 45.3" cleaning width and manufacturer-rated maximum coverage of approximately 61,900 Sq. Ft. per hour support efficient cleaning across large areas. Actual productivity depends on the layout, debris load, obstacles, cleaning settings, and servicing requirements.
Separate Debris and Water Collection
The COMBO incorporates three separate containers:
- 26.4-gallon debris container for collected solid waste.
- 19.8-gallon clean-water tank for cleaning operations.
- 13.2-gallon recovery tank for dirty-water collection.
Automatic debris dumping and support for manual or automatic water replenishment help simplify servicing between cleaning tasks.
Water-based dust suppression
The vacuum sweeping system uses water-based dust suppression to help control airborne particles during debris collection. This design avoids the disposable dust filters and central sweeping broom used in conventional mechanical sweepers, helping reduce consumable requirements. Brushes, the washing assembly, and water-system components still require routine inspection and maintenance.
Autonomous cleaning and obstacle detection
A multispectral obstacle-detection system supports operation in environments shared with people. The robot follows configured cleaning paths, while its chassis supports movement across suitable indoor floors and outdoor paved surfaces.
Operators can create cleaning zones and routes through the Autonomics FLEET platform, allowing the robot to perform repeatable cleaning tasks across designated areas.
Cloud-based scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
Autonomics FLEET provides centralized tools for managing daily cleaning operations, including:
- Map-based cleaning-zone configuration.
- Automatic cleaning-path routing.
- Calendar-based task scheduling.
- Remote monitoring.
- Automatic reporting.
- Access to technical support.
- These tools help facility teams schedule recurring cleaning and track completed work.
Electric power for extended cleaning
A 48-volt, 200-amp-hour lithium iron phosphate battery provides a published operating time of approximately 4–6 hours, depending on cleaning settings and operating conditions.
Fluid cooling supports hot-climate operation when the robot is equipped with the appropriate configuration.
Optional automated maintenance dock
The optional Autonomics DOCK brings multiple servicing functions into one station, including automatic debris dumping, water replenishment, body washing, waste-container washing, drying, and charging.
This configuration reduces the manual handling required between cleaning cycles and supports repeated scheduled operation.
Specifications
Operating Requirements
Designed for designated outdoor hard surfaces, the A302 collects dust, sand, leaves, cigarette butts, and ordinary paper or plastic litter. The manual specifies debris sizes up to approximately 3.1 inches, and gravel up to approximately 2 inches.
Operation requires trained personnel, site mapping, suitable cellular connectivity, and regular maintenance. Use is limited to dry conditions without rain, snow, or heavy fog; wet pavement and deep puddles must be avoided. The A302 is not intended for public-road cleaning or collection of branches, ropes, hazardous materials, or hot waste.
