neffy® is an FDA-approved, needle-free epinephrine nasal spray for the emergency treatment of Type I allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. Designed for simple administration through the nose, neffy provides an alternative to injectable epinephrine for eligible adults and children weighing 33 lbs. or more.
Each carton contains two individually packaged, single-use neffy nasal spray devices, providing a second dose if symptoms persist or worsen. If a second dose is needed, a new device may be administered in the same nostril beginning 5 minutes after the first dose.
Available Strengths
neffy 1 mg: for patients weighing 33 lbs. to less than 66 lbs.
neffy 2 mg: for patients weighing 66 lbs. or more
