Designed for use with all HeartSine Samaritan PAD models (300P, 350P, 360P, 450P, 460P, and 500P), the Pad-Pak streamlines inventory management by eliminating the need to track separate pad and battery expiration dates. Simply replace the Pad-Pak every four years or after use.

  • Replacement steps – At a Glance

    1. Open the AED lid to access the Pad‑Pak.

    2. Slide out the old cartridge.

    3. Insert a new Adult or Pediatric Pad‑Pak (depending on the intended patient).

    4. Close the lid and confirm the AED chirps or its status light turns green—indicating it’s ready again.

  • Key Reminders

    • You must replace the entire Pad‑Pak (not just pads or battery separately) as it’s a combined cartridge

    • Always check the expiration date printed on the Pad‑Pak; replace it before it expires

    • Use Adult Pad‑Pak‑01 for adults, and the Pediatric version when treating children under ~8 years or < 55 lbs.
