PUDU MT1 Vac: Autonomous Commercial Vacuum/Sweeper Cleaning Robot
High Capacity Vacuum and Sweeper
The PUDU MT1 Vac is an autonomous sweeper and vacuum designed for large indoor facilities with heavy foot traffic such as airports, malls, hospitals, casinos, convention centers, transit hubs and office towers.
It combines sweeping, vacuuming and dust mopping in a single robot. MT1 Vac recognizes carpet and hard floors in real time, adjusts suction and brush speed automatically and uses a wide vacuum path plus HEPA filtration to keep both floors and air clean with minimal human intervention.
Key Features and Capabilities
Dual Fan Deep Vacuuming and Dust Separation
- Dual independent air ducts with strong suction to remove embedded dirt and fine particles
- Wide vacuum path of about 22 inches so each pass covers a large area
- Combined dust system with about 3.7 gallons of dust bags and 1.6 gallons of trash bin capacity
- Separate dust bags and trash bin reduce how often staff need to service the robot during a shift
Three Mode Cleaning for Carpet and Hard Floors
- Sweeping, vacuuming and dust mopping in one platform for dry cleaning
- AI floor recognition to identify carpet versus hard floors and adjust settings accordingly
- Optional quick release dust mop module for fine dust and light buffing on hard surfaces
High Efficiency Coverage
- Sweeping width is 27.6 inches with side brush
- Vacuuming width is 21.7 inches
- Cleaning capacity up to 15,000 square feet per hour in typical conditions
- Edge to edge cleaning logic to stay close to walls, racks and pillars
- Low profile operation under spaces with 20.5 inches of height and through aisles as narrow as 29.5 inches
HEPA Grade Filtration
- HEPA grade filtration as standard to capture fine dust and allergens
- Optional higher grade HEPA filter for more demanding environments such as healthcare or clean critical spaces
- Reduces airborne dust during cleaning rather than pushing it into the air
AI Navigation, Spot Cleaning and Safety
- Hybrid LiDAR and visual SLAM positioning for stable mapping and path planning
- AI vision spot cleaning to detect trash ahead and clean on the spot, not just on a fixed route
- Real time obstacle recognition with smart rerouting around people, displays, kiosks and temporary obstacles
Easy Maintenance and Hand Vac Extension
- Tool free modular design for dust mop, dust bin, trash bin, roller brush and side brushes
- Hand vacuum extension for sofas, seating, wall edges, glass and other above floor or tight areas
- Designed for frequent operation with automatic docking and fast charging
Business Benefits
- Reduce manual vacuuming and dust mopping labor across large indoor spaces
- Standardize cleaning quality and coverage across shifts and locations
- Improve indoor air quality while cleaning with HEPA level filtration
- Support cleaner, safer floors in high traffic public areas
- Present a modern and professional environment for guests, patients and tenants

FAQs
Q1. What types of facilities is MT1 Vac best suited for?
MT1 Vac is ideal for large indoor commercial and institutional spaces with dry debris and frequent traffic such as airports, malls, hospitals, metro and train stations, casinos, hotels, convention centers and office buildings.
Q2. Can it handle both carpets and hard floors?
Yes. MT1 Vac uses AI to recognize carpet and hard flooring and automatically adjusts suction, brush speed and cleaning pattern to suit each surface. This allows one robot to move seamlessly between corridors, lobbies, waiting areas and retail spaces.
Q3. How much area can it clean on a typical shift?
The robot can clean up to about 15,000 square feet per hour, with 3 to 6.5 hours of runtime depending on mode and surface. With proper scheduling, a single unit can support routine cleaning of large concourses, multiple levels or several zones in a building.
Q4. What kind of debris can it pick up?
MT1 Vac is a dry sweeper and vacuum. It is designed for dust, hair, sand, fibers, crumbs, paper pieces and typical dry litter on both carpet and hard floors. It is not intended for standing liquids or wet scrubbing.
Q5. Is it safe around people and obstacles?
Yes. The robot uses LiDAR, cameras and other sensors to detect people, displays, carts and other obstacles, then slows, stops or reroutes as needed. It is designed to work in busy public spaces without manual steering and to coexist with normal daily operations.
Q6. How is maintenance handled?
Daily and weekly tasks are simple. Staff empty the dust bags and trash bin, check brushes, and give the unit a quick visual inspection. The modular components are tool free, so brushes, mops and filters can be swapped quickly without special tools or training.
Hero LifeCare offers monthly service plans that include complete unit care. We replace all consumables and handle all maintenance and cleaning of the robot for you.
Q7. What is the difference between MT1 Vac and MT1 Max?
- MT1 Vac focuses on indoor dry cleaning, combining sweeping, vacuuming and dust mopping for carpets and hard floors in high traffic indoor areas.
- MT1 Max focuses on large and semi outdoor environments such as parking garages and courtyards, with a wider sweeping path and different chassis and protection design for ramps and open structures.
Q8. How does charging work and what infrastructure is required?
MT1 Vac returns automatically to its docking station when the battery is low or a cleaning task is complete. The charging dock plugs into a standard electrical outlet, so there is no special power infrastructure required in most facilities. Charging typically takes under 3.5 hours. Please note the charging dock is sold separately.
Q9. How loud is MT1 Vac during operation?
Noise levels are comparable to a commercial upright or canister vacuum and are suitable for most public areas. Many customers schedule heavier cleaning for off peak times and light maintenance passes during operating hours to balance cleanliness and noise.
Q10. How difficult is it to train staff and integrate MT1 Vac into existing cleaning routines?
Most teams can learn basic operation in a short training session. Setup usually involves mapping the area, defining cleaning zones and schedules, and showing staff how to start, stop and service the unit. After that, MT1 Vac runs on a schedule and your team focuses on spot checks and quick consumable changes.
Hero LifeCare also offers an additional service to provide full mapping and complete robot setup at each of your locations.
Q1`. What support and service options does Hero LifeCare provide?
Hero LifeCare can assist with assessment, deployment, staff training and ongoing support. Hero LifeCare offers monthly service plans that include complete unit care, where we replace all consumables and handle all maintenance and cleaning of the robot for you, helping ensure consistent performance and uptime.
