Heavy-duty material movement with intelligent rack handling
The PUDU T600 Series is designed for industrial and warehouse operations requiring heavier loads and coordinated material flow. With a maximum payload of approximately 1,323 lbs, it supports heavy-material delivery, rack transport, and replenishment between production and storage areas.
The Upright version combines visual SLAM and LiDAR SLAM navigation with an onboard touchscreen, handle, quick-access controls, and power-assisted manual movement. The Underride version uses LiDAR SLAM navigation and a low-profile chassis standing just 10" high, allowing it to travel beneath compatible racks for lifting and transport. Both versions provide up to 2.36" of lift. PUDU does not specify whether the LiDAR sensors are 2D or 3D in its published product specifications.
Rack recognition supports automated pickup and placement, while narrow-aisle traffic coordination helps manage routing based on available space and load dimensions. VDA5050-compatible scheduling, on-premises deployment, remote calling, and elevator and electronic-gate integration support connected fleet operations. Automatic recharging and replaceable batteries help accommodate multi-shift use.
